Paperless Referral and Reporting Advances
We are now moving towards the NHS target (https://www.gov.uk/…/news/jeremy-hunt-challenges-nhs-to-go-paperless-by-2018—2) to introduce systems to facilitate paperless referrals and reporting. Please see the attached communication for further details Referral and Reporting 2017.
Communication update information is available here.
Clinical Results Reporting System (CRRS)
This is a University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire (CRRS) results reporting system providing all approved staff with electronic access to all Pathology results. DUC Ultrasound records all reports on this system enabling hospital staff and GPs access as needed. This also enables reports to be electronically sent to registered GPs via their usual EDT transmissions. As part of the transition to paperless referrals and reporting, all paper reports ceased on 1 November 2017.
If you have not yet registered for CRRS access, please complete the attached form and forward to UHCW who will arrange the appropriate Induction CRRS Application Form
